This review is based only on my purchase. Honestly a good buy. I’ve spent more $ on things that left me nothin to show for it. The book is large and large print, didn’t even need my prescription glasses! I’ve been watching and listening to many about Wholesaling and this man is straight forward. If you’ve watched his videos or listened to his podcasts you know he doesn’t switch up. The book is genuine information. He gives you easy to understand information. No way to be confused on what to do. Not gate keeping like many others out there. Can’t say there isn’t more information if you sign up for the mentorship but as far as this book, it’s clear and simple. The information is legit! Nothing left but to apply the knowledge. It is a short read but direct! Can’t wait to return with an update after applying the knowledge.

Mr king khang is one of the most successful,top wholesalers/ real estate investor. He shares all of his knowledge with the rest of us when no one else will.His book is like a manual, tells you what to do, walks you through HOW to do it, and to take action.Mr king khang shares all his knowledge that took him years to develop, he shares it with us, the community of wholesalers who are new and pros.What a great book/ guy.

Finally got & read your book. Its amazing. Thank you for creating this masterpiece & essentially a blue print of wholesaling. As a team leader & unicorn agent, this will make my job a lot easier to teach and having them plugged in to all your social been helping them staying inspired like i did. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning wholesaling and don’t forget to take massive action!

One of my favorite parts about this book is where the author breaks down exact negotiation scripts that he uses when talking with sellers. This book is a quick read and was carefully put together - SO many gems in here!!It’s a real estate book and a mindset book all in one that sets you up on the right track if you are 100% serious about getting into the business.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
