Vent mount is an excellent up to date design. Does not move, does not get loose at all for 2 weeks so far. Magnets are extremely strong to the point that I have to use thin tape on its charging panel to loosen magnetic field a little to avoid breaking it when removing phone. I use slow 12W cigarette lighter adapter which is ok with me. Charging speed 2-3% per hour. If I wanted faster charging would have to change adapter to higher wattage. Overall I am very happy with it.Update: Was tested with Anker 24W charger. Got a little watt meter to test. It takes 5Volts DC at 1-1.4 Amps resulting in 5-7 Watts during iPhone 16 Plus charging. Also tested with Anker 2 outputs 48W car charger. 30 Watt charger output provided about 8 Volts DC at approx. 1 Amps = 8-9 Watt and 18Watt of charger output provided 9 Volts DC at approx. 1.1 Amps = 9-10 Watt of charging power. It actually charges at different speeds even with 24W charger from 2% to 10% per hour depending on what's running on the phone, screen brightness and how discharge the phone is. Also big role plays how thick is the Magsafe iPhone case. Mine is pretty thick. Bottom line is battery charge never went down and at some point was giving me up to +10% charge per hour. I consider this very good results.No overheating of the phone of chargers observed.

Writing this with 2 mins product usage, BUT:Most excited about the metal vent clip and the strong magnet!Right out of box,1) simple, clean design,2) the vent hook is metal with a soft rubber coating. Feels like it will not break like previous two products I owned - VERY happy with that.3) the magnet is SUPER STRONG with my iPhone MagSafe . So much so, you need to choose an easy one hand technique to remove the phone: (a) pinch the phone and bottom of mount together so the phone kinda tilts off the magnet (b) slide phone off sideways putting thumb on the right side of the phone, your fingers on the left side pressing on the mount behind the phone - then slide the phone off.4) the magnet is coated with a soft rubber material so it wont scratch, feels high end, quiet when attaching, and will keep the phone in place.5) some LED status lights on the sides indicate green when charging. The whole round magnet does not glow green like the product photo - so don’t expect that.I don’t know anything about the charging yet. It does start charging, but can’t speak to performance. I expect what I’ve experienced with MagSafe charging in general. I typically just plug my phone in direct and skip MagSafe charging for the car mounts - it’s faster for me that way and avoids overheating since phone in direct sunlight + usage (calls/gps) + MagSafe charging heat = overheat.Ok - if no updates later you can assume there have been no unwelcome surprises!

***Make sure you read the information first before you buy this because you have to have a specific type of air vent for this to work***But anyway, I have that type of vent. I have bought two other products from this brand and I was pretty impressed with the quality for the price. Since I gave my dad my MagSafe car charger, I had to buy another one, but they stopped making the one that I had and it was some knock off brand. So I found this one and for a really great price and thought I would try it out.This one is so much better than the other one and for almost the same price. It’s attractive, you can tell the quality of build is very good, and the magnet is unbelievably strong. Sometimes my phone would get knocked off the other one if I hit a bump, but this is very very secure, and the locking mechanism that screws it into the vent is fantastic. This really is the perfect MagSafe car charger and you should absolutely buy it.

Phone won't charge. When I plug it in , it says charging, but I have left it on for 30 minutes while not using and it did not charge but was hot to the touch.Edit. Bonnie from their customer care team read the review and reached out to me and apologize for the defective equipment . She promptly sent out a replacement and is working as intended.

Holds the phone strongly

This allows the vent to still deliver airflow to the cabin. The MagSafe hold is the best I have found. Charging performance is very good.

A solid car mount with wireless charging

Gives a solid mount to the vents in my car and a holds the mag safe phone case very securely. This is the best phone mount I have had so far and I have tried quite a few over the years. The phone does not move or rattle even when driving on the awful UK roads. The wireless charging seems to work every time but it is early days and I cannot comment on charging rates and heating.

After spending hours researching competitive products I settled on buying this one. Other products did not have convincing reviews with feedback usually about poor quality or things falling apart. I initially bought this for iPhone 11. I also bought a MagSafe compatible case for it, and it worked well. Loved it so much i bought another two for my iPhone 15. That was about 4 weeks ago. Very happy with this prodict. Stable, strong magnetic hold, looks great.

Does exactly as per the description.The magnet is very strong, holding the phone in place while in motion.Fully adjustable.Vent hook mount is adaptable and I feel would be suitable for any vehicle type.
