The picture quality is stunning, and the size is just perfect for our living room setup.My family absolutely loves it too! This TV is Amazing. 100'' is Huge. I have been a Samsung only guy since Panasonic stopped making Plasma TV's. This Hisense is replacing a Samsung 82" Q8F. Was a little hesitant to go with a Hisense instead of Samsung, or Sony / LG. But for the price / size this TV has no match. Picture quality is amazing. Color / blacks are better than the Samsung it replaced. HDR and Dolby Vision look awesome.The only downsides I have noticed with this TV is the Brightness. 1500 nits is a lot less then my Samsung Q8F 5000 nits. For me this is not a problem at all since it's in a theatre room that is almost pitch black. If you put this in a very bright room you might have a less than ideal experience. Now don't get me wrong, its not super dim just a large difference when coming from a 5000nits peak of the Samsung.The weight and thickness. This is not a thin TV by todays standards. She's a THICK girl. Again not a big deal for me.If your looking for a very large TV that looks great and don't want to spend 10-30 thousand on a Samsung or Sony, and you don't mind the physical size of this monster than its a fantastic deal.

On Dec. 9 2023 I purchased a Hisense 75U8K television and the Asurion 3 year protection plan. The TV was delivered on Dec. 11, 2023.On Dec. 23, 2023 the television developed dead pixels on the right side of the screen, two inches wide, from top to bottom.I tried to get a replacement TV through the Asurion plan online (you can't reach them by phone), but couldn't because the plan still wasn't delivered to my email address, therefore my account information and TV's model and serial number didn't register on Asurion's website.I called Bolo for assistance, and since the purchase was within 30 days they arranged a return. They couldn't arrange to deliver a replacement TV and pick up the damaged TV, only a return and a refund of the purchase price of the TV. The refund could only be to the original payment source.The TV was picked up today and will travel by freight to Seattle, Washington from Virginia. I will not get the refund until the TV arrives in Seattle, in about 7 days.I called Bolo to have the refund applied to my Bolo account so I could immediately repurchase the TV and get it into my home, that was not possible.Since I have already paid the entire balance of the original payment source, I must wait at least 7 days for this refund to reach my account and reflect a negative balance of the exact cost of the TV on that credit card before I will repurchase it.There is now no main TV for the family to enjoy from Christmas through New Years in the living room. The entire family will be viewing in their bedrooms instead of being together for a movie or a sporting event this entire holiday season. This should have been handled differently.AnthonyMy original rating was 1 star because of the difficulty in replacing this damaged TV. When the TV was picked by Pilot Freight my refund time frame was updated to from 7 days to Feb 3, 2024, at the latest. I again called Bolo for assistance. I was transferred 4 times and had to tell my story 4 different times to very attentive customer service team members. Finally I reached Pearl S.and she was an absolute gem! Pearl S. was able to facilitate my request to cancel the refund to the original payment source and send it to an Bolo Gift Card. Pearl sent me an email with a link to the gift card to be able to check when the funds arrived. The funds reached my account within 15 minutes and I repurchased the TV, it will be delivered on 12/31.Thank you Pearl S.

I'm coming from an LG OLED evo C3, so picture quality isn't quite as impressive, but for 100 inches, under $3k, it's definitely worth it. It took some time going through the various settings to get the picture quality right. My LG looked great out of the box, this one took a little more fiddling. It was a bit washed out with factory settings and I thought I made a mistake at first, but once you take some time to get the color, brightness, clarity and picture mode dialed in, it looks great and 'm happy with my purchase. It practically takes up the whole wall in my living room and it's an impressive looking behemoth! At 1500 nits peak brightness, it's suitable for any lighting conditions. If you came from a smaller higher end tv, temper your expectations, the bigger screen shows more flaws in picture quality, but overall, best bang for your buck out there. It will surely impress you friends!
