Absolutely love this coffee maker so far. I’ve had it about 90 days and it makes an awesome cup of coffee. Pretty straight forward and somewhat customizable. Easy to clean and easy to use. It makes coffee pretty quick. The water tray does fill up extremely fast so I had to get in the habit of emptying it every morning. I tended to forget about that short cleaning cycle when it automatically turns off. With that little tweak, mornings have been very nice with coffee house quality coffee.

The seller Simple Works is not an authorized dealer for Jura. I was not advised of this when I bought my coffee machine. My coffee machine is 3 months old and now requires a service call with Jura. Since "Simple Works" is not an authorize dealer with Jura my purchase on Bolo was a very costly problem, I paid over 1000.00 for a Jura coffee machine that lasted only 3 month. Now no one will take responsibility for fixing it: not Simple Works, not Bolo, not Jura!!!

I had an entry level, then expensive, then even more expensive- e.g. this one. I know people who had their Jura machines for 18 years with just maintenance and no issues; so that was my reason to try it.In comparison, Jura makes the best coffee. You don’t have to deal with the mess of having a knock box and coffee grounds everywhere. The coffee is consistent and decent. My husband and I drink regular and decaf respectively, so for us it was important that we don’t have to measure and add different beans each time. This is why the side chute for different coffee comes in handy!I do like my cappuccino in the morning, but that was solved with a Beichen milk heater/frother. It does a better job than I ever could with my old espresso machines, perfect every time! Again, less mess and cleanup there, too.Finally, I discovered that using well ground beans in slightly elevated quantity in the side chute gives you coffee shop quality coffee! I think if Jura just made the quantity of grounds larger for each pour, it would vastly improve this machine.Verdict: we’re keeping it. It’s a very good machine and the sleek design makes it appealing as well.

I don't normally write reviews but the reviews almost put me off buying this, and I'm glad I still did, because it's been a huge upgrade for my life.If you're someone who just likes coffee/espresso, and you don't need to make anything fancier, this machine is perfect. Yes, the drip tray is a little small and you have to empty it more often than most machines, but that's pretty much the only sub-optimal thing about this machine. It does what it says on the box and the coffee it makes is excellent.
