Do the job, sometimes does not lock properly, easily bend, sometimes comes apart from the vaccine syringe.

This serve the purpose but the TKMD brand I got last time with the yellow cap snapped into safety mode better and the red/orange cover here is a little flimsy.

Bottom Line Up Front: Questionable Sterility.I have been on TRT for three years and inject testosterone every other day. I am very methodical about sterilizing my vials, and injection site with alcohol wipes every time I inject. This has kept my issues with injection site pain to a minimum.I got these needles a couple months ago. I've since had several bumps and abcesses at injection sites. These have led to painful spots that have lasted days to weeks. I realized that I've only had these issues with this batch of these needles. I switched to another brand and the problem went away.My assumption is that these needles weren't made in a completely sterile facility and some sort of contaminant was present. This is very concerning. For this reason I can't recommend.

I like the safety feature on the Needles but it seems that with everyone I have used so far, after inserting it in the vial that it had dulled the needle. I found this out by using another needle for inserting into the vial and drawing up the medication the putting this needle on for injecting the medication. They are sharp if just used for the injecting.
