The small washer on the brew basket disappeared leaving the coffee maker inoperable. I found the replacement washer (part of the valve assembly), ordered it, and received it in a couple of days. Simple installation. All works and I have a spare for next time.

There is supposed to be a small washer in each packet, but the disc that’s included was solid. Consequently, the parts don’t stay together so the product is worthless.

Very good and worked fine on my Krups machine. It's a very small thing but I couldn't find a replacement basket anywhere so I thought I'd give this a try & it works great. I only needed the spring.
