This is really something I got on a whim to add to my movie shelf in the theater room. It's fun and the voice is activated by pulling a string in the back. Unfortunately, I don't think its the original voice, but that ok. Mostly, I'm using this for display. It's an added bonus that it riffs off one liners from the films. I'l certainly explore other products from this maker.

So, I held onto this short Deadpool for about 2 weeks before listening to any lines, just to avoid any potential spoilers for the movie. I can now say, the plush does NOT have direct lines from the new movie, and there are absolutely no spoilers being said. Any "movie lines" are from the first 2 movies, but I cannot confirm. And as others have stated, this is not voiced by Ryan Reynolds, though the voice sounds more similar to the voice from the 2013 Deadpool video game. Overall, it's a cool little plush, with a hard plastic head and a soft body. It's cool for fans and collectors, and it's great decoration.

The media could not be loaded. Clearly not voiced by original actor but close enough to have fun with the doll. My eight year old is obsessed with Deadpool despite never having seen the movies. The lines of recorded dialogue are definitely not mature, seriously. My kid might not get the references, but he gets a kick out of hearing them, and I'm a happy parent knowing the language is fine. Win, win with this cool Deadpool doll as it lets him feel included or in on the Deadpool fun without the mature/sexual humor, etc.
