I underestimated the ritual component of smoking. After I got over the cravings there was still the hand mouth fixation. This really helped with that. I love it, and if I'm stressed I can still use the device like a cig for done self soothing behavior. 10/10.

Way over engineered. Way over built. Way over priced. Not enough flavor. Wonderful idea. But like a vape or a lighter easy to lose. Won’t be replacing it or recommending it.

I have been smoking/vaping almost 20 years!!! I went from smoking to vaping and after that I thought I'd never be able to quit bc I'm so manic when I lose my vape 😂Anyways I've had this FUM 6 days and I can't believe it has broken my habit that I've struggled with for so long. I love the control valve it's a great feature. I was never a menthol smoker but I realized the core flavored mint is harsh enough to satisfy my cravings. I also like the raspberry lemonade flavor I would reccomend.

If you are a vapor, this product will disapoint you. There is a chemical taste and a very weak menthol flavor. It does NOT replace a vape with nicotine. The nic hit is completely absent. However, the cool airstream & very weak menthol flavor can satisfy some people. I'll keep trying (alongside my mech mod), but I don't think I'll do the full switch. Just being honest. God's speed.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This is absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made! The device smells like chemicals and so does the core you put in, it taste even worse. The smell is so bad that i tried it 4 hrs ago and am still nauseous because the smell is still in my nose and I can still taste it in the back of my throat. You wouldn’t even be able to use it without a core just to suck air in!! Not worth a cent! Sorry, not sorry…so disappointed!

I originally bought this for a stay at the Epilepsy monitoring unit for 3-5 days (can't smoke or vape in the hospital obviously) but it got home I tried it out and its for sure going to help. I put in the pepper one, hit it a couple times and was surprised really. Now I will say it doesn't give you that "throat hit" where like vaping or a cigarette you do. But in your mouth you genuinely feel like your taking a hit. It's only when you breathe out you don't get that throat hit because there's nothing there of course but should be obvious and your mouth gets tricked in a good way lol.I read the reviews about this before buying but I really don't know why its low. I gave it a shot and the fidget aspect is AWESOME for me. It gives your a fidget toy 3 ways, then you get the hand to mouth motion like your smoking. Definitely recommend if that's what your looking for.

Ok I feel so so awful about the terrible reviews. Not a single one of them is deserved (well, ok they’re def pricy! 😭 but I stg that’s it!) I think people are going into this with the wrong mindset. This is a tool to help you fight cravings and build a new fidgety habit to replace the one you have decided to let go of. It isn’t supposed to be a smoking or vaping replica. It’s an alternative. Hold it in your hand and/or put it in your mouth, savour these incredibly crazy delicious essences and just enjoy!So, I went from smoking for 30 years to vaping for the last 3ish years or so. I’d like to really be free from nicotine completely and I can already tell this is it for me! Most of the time when I do mindlessly vape it’s just for the yummy distraction and this little thing delivers! Even just the mint. A HUGE bonus I wasn’t expecting is that I absolutely do feel a “hit” in my throat when I inhale. But coming from vaping/other types of legal smoking I’m used to a direct inhale instead of device to mouth to lung. That might be where some folks are getting stuck. Try breathing in directly to your lungs through the device. You will feel it. It is a weird feeling to have absolutely nothing happen when I exhale, but that’s just something new and different, and even fun because I choose to be positive about this ☺️As for the price issue, I agree these are very expensive for what they are, but. Coming from someone who scoffed at these when they first appeared a couple few years ago and thought they were the most ridiculous thing ever… I was instantly and immediately converted. It is a one time purchase for the fum itself, and I can honestly say it is well worth the cost. The cores are expensive too but still cheaper than vaping or smoking. The flavours are fantastic and fresh and unique and I’m excited to try every single one of them lol.Physically, the fum is actually stunning. To me, anyways. I love wood and anything earthy so this is something I really enjoy holding. I can feel the wood in my hand which is nice, and it satisfies that urge to be doing something with my hand for sure. I love the weight of it too, it feels substantial and well-made. Its pretty and clean looking with no tacky colours or plastic waste or circus lights or flashiness. Perfect.Overall I definitely do recommend this to anyone who is in the right mindset and ready to do this. The fum isn’t going to quit for you, you still have to do the work but omg what a fabulous little emotional/physical support device. And a Canadian product too! My new best friend, I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. And I know this is a long review but the poor reviews just made me feel so bad, so I tried to be as honest and thorough as possible. I really do think this is great and believe it’s such a helpful tool for the fight!

Waste of money. I've smoked and vaped and this is no where close to ether. $170 with taxes and shipping is insane you might as well take a straw and buy the flavor cartridge and use that because its practically the same thing. I'm going to be getting my money back especially because they just had the sale for $40 a day after I ordered this garbage
A Ritual-Replacement Tool (Not a Vape, But It Can Help)
I used the Füm Journey Pack as a tool to quit smoking, and honestly, it really helped with the hand-to-mouth habit. I didn’t want to switch to vaping or use nicotine replacements, so this was a good middle ground. The flavors aren’t super strong, but having something to hold and breathe through made a big difference during cravings.It’s a bit pricey, and not every flavor was for me, but it became part of my routine during the hardest parts of quitting. If you’re trying to stop smoking and need something physical to replace the habit, this is worth trying.
Taste bad, no feel, cigtrus is better.
First impressions, all cores taste gross, and can’t feel enough. the cigtrus disposables are better imo. More hit and more, better flavour. For the price I wouldn’t waste the money. The only reason I bought this is because I found cores in bulk on Bolo with the hopes to make my own, so still might be of use yet. Been trying to pair nicotine gum with something like this to quit smoking/ vaping after 10 years. IMO, these inhalers almost make the cravings worse.
