I would not classify this as realistic. The adhesive it comes with is terrible. I wouldn't waste money on this again

The media could not be loaded. Loved this! Perfect for costume looked realistic. The first one I ordered didnt come in the box because i ordered several pieces from Bolo for my costume. But they sent a new one right away. But i like the sticky tape it lasted all night. I put it on before any make up. I didnt wanna use glue because i knew i was goong to want to use the mustache again. It looked so real people thought it was a filter on videos i sent. Buy

Featured is Wiiyita's Fake Beard & Mustache made available by Bolo & Vine for review.I saw this product offered and the first thing I thought of was my weekly video chats with the grand kids. I am always looking for a little novelty item to wear for the kids amusement. This was perfect.The mustache and goatee are made from real human hairs and have a realistic look. They come with 12 adhesive strips to apply the hair to your skin. It would have been nice if the manufacturer included a little tips or hint sheet with the product for using these strips. They stick very well and trying to get them off your fingers after applying them to the hair backing can be a challenge. A couple of strips I wound up tossing after they became stretched and tangled during application. Given the price point of this set I would recommend practicing handling a strip or two before using them to actually apply the hair.After my video chat the mustache and goatee removed easy from my skin although removing the adhesive from the hair backing took a little bit. The little one inch soul patch was destroyed in the process. The goatee and mustache lost a few hairs, but still looked good and can be used again.One thing I might suggest is to wash and dry your facial area before applying the mustache and goatee. That helps insure that skin oils will not weaken the adhesive bond.09/24/2024 Update......I passed the goatee and mustache along to my 11 year old grandson. He will be using it as part of this year's Halloween costume he will be wearing..

I was a little skeptical about ordering this. but love the result! I ordered it with the Mehron glue and remover to use it. It was very simple. I put a little peroxide on it an hour before using it, to make it a little blonder and there was no damage! But I do add a lot of realism by messing up your hair a little. I give it 5 stars
