I absolutely love this oatmeal. Especially right now when I have fresh strawberries every day. I think I put it on auto-delivery, or I will be when I figure out how fast I go through them. Sometimes 2 packs of these is my dinner. High in fiber, minimal ingredients, all of which I can pronounce.Being disabled - having something handy, easy to prepare, nourishing and delicious is a big deal.

Quick, easy, and tastes excellent. 20g of protein is a lot. For optimal texture, I ignored the instructions and just kept an eye on the water/oatmeal ratio, and watched it while cooking in the microwave. Cook, stir, repeat. Find your preferred ratio/cook times and you are set for future meals. I love adding peanut butter + real blueberries + (sometimes) even more protein powder (if it’s workout day). Also great price in bulk. Thumbs up! 👍 Protein up! 💪

It is a treat to have a protein oatmeal packet for breakfast. It is delicious and satisfying. I add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor. I highly recommend this oatmeal. It has 20 grams of protein per serving

Some of the best oatmeal you can buy on the market. Fantastic flavor. Good portion size as well. Make sure to do the math, you may want to buy the larger cup versions that don't require you to provide a bowl. They are slightly more expensive but it may be worth it for convenience.Personally I suggest adding fruit, nuts and or a piece of chocolate to make this oatmeal exceptional. It's a bit lacking for me on its own. I like an oatmeal with more complexity, some bite and chew to it. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

I eat Kodiak cakes maple and brown sugar oatmeal every day for breakfast. I normally add extra protein. I like the oatmeal because it cooks in 1 minute, easy to make, has 12grams of protein and low sugar.

I like this for the fact it is something simple I can bring with me quickly in the morning and make at work. Flavor/texture is pretty good without being too grainy by adding too much protein. I have only tried the Banana Nut so far. I enjoy the flavor, but I am not sure I would really call it Banana Nut. They really should look at the flavor of the Quaker Banana Nut Protein flavor which is great. The upside of this product is it has less added sugar and more protein than that. I kind of wish they had a flavor option with the same amount protein but using stevia for a less added sugar approach.The good:-Not grainy-Great amount of protein-Less added sugar than some others protein oatmeals-Quick and easy, hot water from the coffee machine at work does the trick. No need to microwave.-Nice alternative if I don't have time to make my own or make overnight oats.The bad:Banana nut flavor is fine, but not really banana nut flavor.Expensive. Only 4 per box. I won't buy this at the store as it runs over $2 per packet. Have to buy in bulk.
