Velcro has a hard time sticking to the device, but you can use the plastic cover that comes with the device. At least during the first run, maybe after running them in the washer might make it easier.

My steamer is more versatile with the red, rougher pads, especially with pet messes. Washable easily, great value in the pack, attach easily and exactly like the originals that came with my steam mop, and well-made/durable.

I bought a pack from a different company and they had no velcro.I returned them. This pack costs a little more but it has velcro and sticks on steam mop perfectly.

It definitely fits the Pursteam Mop, although a tad bit smaller. But it's not nearly as soft or thick as the originals that came in my mop. But it works well enough to get the job done and was a good deal.
