I decided to try this product to see if the value of this purchase would out-weigh buying fresh lemons to make things like lemon pies, lemon tarts, lemonade, and other lemon dishes.And this definitely enhances those things.It's very easy to have this on hand because of the shelf life being long. And plus you can control the strength of the lemon flavor by how much you put in.I'm thinking the value of this organic lemon powder is going to definitely be better than trying to keep up with organic fresh lemons which go bad fairly fast.This taste just exaxy like fresh squeezed lemons.

This lemon powder packs a real punch! Super concentrated! Definitely test it out and add a little at a time until you get used to it. Will last me for months, I use it when I make iced tea in a big jug at work and I love it.

This stuff is awesome! I used to buy those little tiny packets from a different brand but they were so expensive and you got a tiny amount. This stuff is the same and you get a ton more for the same price or less. Hoping they also have lime

This lemon powder is wonderful. The powder is very fine and tastes exactly like fresh lemon. It's very sour, so use sparingly (less than you will think you need), taste and add more if needed. I expect this package to last years so I refrigerate it.
