For "0" net carbs it tastes just like sugar, although it says it is about 70% as sweet as sugar, I would say you have to use twice as much as sugar to get the same taste of sugar. Dissolves easily. Great for a natural sugar substitute.

Go slow when trying this for the first few times. It gave me the "trots"....It will sweeten, but I didn't think it did a lot of depending on the amount I used. One teaspoon for a big Yeti , 24 or 32 oz I think. There was a little taste beside sweet, not real bad though.

I really like allulose as it is as close to sugar in taste as you can get. It keeps the blood sugar from spiking. This particular product is a great value.

Allulose is a great sugar substitute for many keto cooking and baking uses. I find this brand is an excellent value, and importantly, it's finely ground so it dissolves well. (I once made the mistake of buying a different brand that was cheaper, but the granules were much larger, making it difficult to use.)

I am a repeat user of the this brand of Allulose. My previous order was for 3 - 1 lb. bags. The product was great, nice sugar like crystalline text, and very nice clean sugary taste. Was very satisfied with the product, and at a price which is a great value. But my new order was for a 5 lb. bag, disappointingly the texture is extremely fine, one step away from powdered sugar. I double checked to make sure I didn't order a different version of the Sweetz Allulose; nope, it's the exact same product, just a larger size. I'm very disappointed, I can understand some variation in texture but I received an entirely different grade of texture. Shame on Sweetz, don't you have quality control and product standards? The allulose tastes OK, no complaints with that, but Sweetz needs to be exactly accurate on what they put in their bags. Next time I will look for adifferent brand of allulose that verifies the texture is same/near same as granulated sugar.An FYI for users of allulose, I startedusing a blend of 2/3 allulose with 1/3 monk fruit/erythritol; this blend provides an almost same taste as regular sugar with no odd or aftertastes. (the monk fruit blend has same texture as regular sugar)
