I know CO Q 10 is healthy to take. I just increased to 300 mg and while I can’t say for sure, I believe I am able to work out better. I don’t seem to get us tired.

I take cq10 on a regular basis. Couple of years ago I decided to stop since I haven’t seen much of a difference and switch to its basic ingredient-ubiquinol, thinking it’ll make things moving. And that’s when I did see the difference.However, it didn’t work particularly for me. I always do some research before taking anything, and it was strange since ubiquinol worked for so many people. That’s when I realized that everybody is different and switched back to these. Keeps me in balance, can’t say “wow” but don’t go without.I like the company, it seems trustworthy, easy to take, great value if you buy in a bulk.However, one should always remember to stay on a healthy path with the right nutrition and regular exercise plan. Then the health problems will not pop out and there will be no reason to blame any company for the wrong supplement.

I gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure yet how it works, I have had no side effects, so that is a good sign. My concern is it says 300 mg. on the bottle, but in the online description it says 250 mg. which is it? It is kind of pricey so I will try for another month.

I am a statin user and it is recommended to take CoQ10. I searched for a product that had no filler ingredients or harmful additives, was a natural product, was made in the USA, and was tested and approved by regulatory agencies. I feel my energy level has increased and my general fatigue has decreased since taking this product.
