I use sports research other products but I usually get a different brand in the creatine but I would repurchase this one as well as sports research is a good product. I got it on sale which made it affordable for me so I would buy it on sale. It does have a certain taste to it so it's not technically unflavored. The quality is good it's very effective during my workouts or just the daily boost throughout the day if I don't get a workout in I still take a scoop to give me that energy. There's no texture only taste. And it makes well if you let it sit just a minute or two but you can have some residual at the bottom which you get from other products as well but just mix it and drink it that's not a problem.

As anyone who takes creatine knows, you need to take it daily. Recently I’ve been traveling quite a bit (carry ons only) and was very wary of taking any white powders on a plane let alone overseas. I wasn’t sure if I’d really see results from this, but honestly I feel like I’m building muscle faster and not getting injured in the process, which is a first for me. Feels wild to be gaining muscle as a perimenopausal woman. I’m a fan! I put this in my (almost) daily smoothie and can’t taste it.

It's my first time using creatine & so far so good! I have only added it to water & its not bad at all! I feel like in the future I'd add it to juice too. Definitely noticed a different in recovery.It's really powdery when opening so careful.

Good quality product. I like that it’s third party tested. Mixes well in juices, smoothies, yogurt — flavorless and imperceptible, even when mixed with plain water. Sorry, but Bolo won’t allow me to comment on the personal benefits of this product, which in my experience are positive.
