My fiancee and I like to wear them at night sometimes to reduce the puffiness in our eyes. I even use it to keep around my neck or forehead if im hot or have a headache. Very convenient, soft, and comfortable.

My Ophthalmologist recommended me getting an item like this for my serve dry eyes, used it along with eye drops and it really helps. Again, it really help me and I can not guarantee that it'll work for you.

I heard about these cooling eye packs from Dr. Joyce Kahng’s upper blepharoplasty surgery recovery timeline vlog on YouTube and decided to get them in preparation for my own eyelid surgery—and wow, I’m so glad I did! These are absolutely amazing. They come as a set of two, which made it super easy to rotate them out without having to constantly get up. I kept a small cooler next to my bed and just swapped them as needed. They stay cold for a long time, are gentle on the eyes, and provided so much relief during the healing process. Highly recommend for anyone preparing for blepharoplasty surgery or needing cold therapy around the eyes!

These were just ok. They weren’t as flexible as I would have liked them for my face to contour over my nose. Once they warmed a bit, it was easier but that kind of defeated the purpose. Overall, it was ok but did not work for my needs

These got me through an upper bleph surgery for both icing 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off for the first 2 days, and then heat over the next 2 days. I love them. Soft, comfortable, and durable. For heating, I microwave for 12-15 seconds. For ice, I kept in the freezer and alternated. They have been a life saver.
