I bought these for my 81 year old mother to help with arthritis. When she opened them she thought they were mittens and had the funniest look on her face. When she told us she really liked them but they were a little big we all burst out laughing including her. They get the job done and are super soft. Probably want to wear them in the house and not to build snowmen or go to the grocery 😂😂

Item as described and unlike many other options does come a pair of mittens so to use on both hands if you have some assistance or use sequentially. Even with large hands the mittens are adequately sized and would be even more convenient for smaller hands (easier on and off). There is no thumb feature so you can't really grasp the second mitten to pull on your second hand but could treat both hands simultaneously with assistance getting them on (or get creative) or just use sequentially. Heating time instructions seemed accurate though will vary with your microwave wattage.

Mittens are soft, easy to use. Be careful when you put the mitten in the microwave - it can burn your hands, especially if your nerves in your hands are numb. 70 seconds is a bit hot for my hand. And it feels more like moist heat, instead of dry heat. But it does warm your hand and decreases the pain some.

These didn’t fit my hands, and the lavender scent was too strong. I returned them.

Bought for 95 year old mother having pain in hands at night...she likes the mitts but they are quite heavy...she will wear them without the inserts too bad they can't makethese inserts softer more flexible like gel.
