It appears that they've improved the packaging (now has thick steel corner braces over the top corners), but it STILL had some minor cabinet damage elsewhere. The box was perfect, so these people are treating their product roughly even before it's packaged. Luckily, I don't really need it to freeze anything (cos' it doesn't - at least not reliably), but it DOES refrigerate well. If it will give me a year or two of service, I guess it's a success.
