I, like someone else stated, found this to be quite irritating. It seams to be very salty.

I use the salt packs twice a day for nasal rinse with the Navage item.

There is one single square inside eeach packet. They may be good for cleaning the site of an injection, but not much use for anything else. CVS make the same size with a double fold as oposed to this single extra thin piece of cloth. A waste of moeny for me. But I will not be fooled twice.
