I wish it was a little bit bigger but it’s so cute. It definitely keeps the butter soft. I thought it would be hard to clean but it isn’t bad at all. Over all it does what it’s supposed too and it’s a good value for a little bit of cuteness for your kitchen

1st arrived broken, but they replaced quickly and hassle free. Been using around a week and I have the butter packed in tight with no issues of it falling out. I change the water daily and use salt water since I have unsalted butter and no mold issues yet.It left out a few tablespoons of butter I couldn't get to fit but overall love it.

This product is so cute and looks exactly as pictured! For me however, it did not fit a whole stick of butter and I had the hardest time keeping the butter from molding - even with following all user instructions. Not sure why I personally had a problem as I never have before with more traditional style butter bells.My only other issue, was it was a little wonky to put down when using the butter as the top would roll around when placed in its side- which is the only way to do it given it’s shape. I ended up using it for a different purpose than butter and it all worked out, just not how I thought it would.

EVERYTHING I WANTED and I'm so happy!! I searched and searched for a butter crock that was both cute and *NOT* 2 sticks of butter big! Everything I saw was too large. I just don't need that much sitting room temperature on my counter at once. This adorable mushroom one fits about 3/4 of a full sized US stick of butter and it's super easy to reload because of its more narrow capacity.All I do is cut the amount of butter I want to put in it and let it sit out to fully soften. I unwrap the butter and place it on the wrapper standing straight up on, then smash the mushroom top of the crock down the length of the butter. You may need to use a knife to smooth the edges 'sealed' or scrap off any extra. I use salted butter and sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt into the water that I change every 3-4 days. I end up using the butter within a week, so it's never out too long and has never gone rancid on me after like 6 weeks now. I'm convinced this wouldn't be as easy to load or use successfully if it were of a larger capacity- but this is also my first butter crock and there's only 2 people in my house.

Literally the most adorable butter keeper I've ever seen, and I'm absolutely devastated I can't use it. It arrived broken, a little hole chipped out right where the top rests on the base.This could have been avoided with maybe at least 2 sheets of tissue paper wrapping it in the box rather than one.

Bought this for a friend for her birthday gift, she was so excited, the bell part is a little small, but acceptable amount of butter can be fit into it, she was more than happy with this well made, very cute
