This is my second bottle and it works for me! I usually take it 1/2 hour before bedtime. In the past, I took a prescription sleeping aid until I started having horrible dreams. Then I switched to Melatonin, but after awhile that didn't work. Fingers crossed this is the answer.

I have issues sleeping. These have helped me get to bed earlier and really help with my overthinking and anxiety. Highly recommend for anyone with issues sleeping. It’s not hard to wake up the next morning. When I was taking melatonin I struggled to get up the next morning and felt groggy.

I take them in the evening and they help me relax and sleep better.The taste is actually really nice — fruity and not too sweet — and the texture is soft, easy to chew. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since I started taking them.Definitely a great addition to my daily routine. Good quality and effective!
