This is flat out, one of the best pre-mixed rubs on the market. Intended for tri-tip, it is great for any beef. A mix of 2/3 Kinders Santa Maria rub and 1/3 instant coffee makes an amazing Cowboy Rub for any steak, chuck, or brisket. If you can only have 3 pre-mixed rubs in your spice cabinet, make this one of them!

This is my favorite Kinders flavor! I use it on steak, pork chops, chicken, pasta, whatever! This was a good sized bottle but it was pricier than I pay at Costco. Unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere but Bolo now.

This mix is amazing to use as a dry rub when smoking beef and port. I use it on most things when I throw them into my Camp Chief Vault vertical 24” smoker. This is great for every day cooking as well. I have almost every one of the Kinder’s seasonings, and I use this one the most frequently. Sad to see that Sam’s Club does not carry this one any more. But being able to get it in the larger size from Bolo at almost the same price as the smaller bottle on Kinder’s web site is nice.

As a self-proclaimed grilled chicken master in my time zone, I fully endorse the Santa Maria blend from Kinders. I can't find the Santa Maria on store shelves anymore and I really want to see this product continue. Kinders, please don't let your Santa Maria die!I've been experimenting with different blends of my own for my grilled chicken for 30 years. This is the closest to my own masterpiece. It is so much more convenient to buy this than to go through the work of blending my own.

We buy this every year to use as a dry rub on our Thanksgiving turkey. We infrared fry the turkey and it turns out great! Nice, savory flavor.

Love this seasoning, my go to for almost anything I cook up. I used to get this at Costco but I couldn’t find it there anymore so I’m glad I found it here. Love the bigger bottle to last longer! All of Kinders seasoning is great!
