This T-Fal Pro Non-stick Fry pan is the very best I've ever had. I have used other T-Fal pans over the years and have been happy..... but this one is in a class by itself. It's heavy and sturdy, heats evenly ( be aware it takes a few extra seconds to preheat ) and cooks perfectly. The clean up is a breeze and NOTHING sticks! I love to cook and have no patience for poor quality tools in the kitchen. This fry pan has exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to anyone looking for the absolute best quality and function. Plus the price it right! You need this fry pan!

Just got this pan recently,it is a very high quality pan like the ones i used when i was a student in culinary arts at a local university.Its a good weight and is balanced extremely well.It takes no "breaking in " and produces great looking and tasty dishes.it cleans easier than i thought and is an excellent choice both in quality and for the money i paid.Also i was not paid to write this review or give any comments. Over the years I have gravitated to buying T-fal nonstick pans. This pan is the best of the lot. It is very sturdy, heats evenly and has a very slick surface. I expect it to be as durable as past models as the surface seems to be resistant to scratches.

It seems nice and probably cooks well (based on reviews). I ended up returning the skillet though, because of personal preference. The handle is longer than normal which I didn't like. My big issue was that it was heavy. I wanted something lighter since I cook a lot of food in the pan, have to drain, and it was too heavy of a skillet for me to use.

My biggest reason for buying a new pan was because so many others create a lot of smoke when I cook even if I use oils with a low smoke point. These have been the best at avoiding that and the fact that they’re easy to clean makes it so food isn’t stuck to it which can cause more smoke.
