My wife has been on a keto or keto-like diet for many years, and none of the family really eats much carbohydrates. This is pricey but we love it. My wife is very happy to have noodles again. They taste like traditional pasta. They are delivered perfectly without being broken. The they top quality and beautifully packaged.

These noodles taste amazing! They taste just like regular pasta – my daughter can’t even tell the difference, which is saying a lot. I love that they’re low carb and high protein, making it easy to stick to my eating plan without feeling like I’m missing out. The only downside is the price, as it’s definitely higher than regular pasta, but for the taste and nutrition benefits, it’s worth it for us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthier pasta option that doesn’t compromise on taste!

Petes pasta is delicious. It tastes just like or better than heavy carb pasta... it's high in fiber and protein and I feel great after eating it. No bloating or fatigue... it's a win win. The price is worth it to me if you want to keep the weight off or are diabetic!

I had to cook it a long time to get it to the doneness I prefer. The overall taste is acceptable to me. I really like the protein and fiber load in this pasta. Low net carbs. A bit pricey but nutritionally worth it.

On the positive side, this is the best low carb pasta I have tasted, the texture is a little rough but okay. Also, If you are diabetic like me it is made with whole wheat so it has a low GI Index ( carbs / sugar ) will enter yo0ur blood stream slowly.On the negative side, it is very expensive at $12.00 / 8oz box of pasta and it took about 45 mins. in boiling water to cook this pasta. Would have given this product 5-stars except for the negatives.

Excellent pasta. The taste and consistency is great. Unlike others, you don't need to drown it in sauce to escape a bad taste. Texture is great. My new fave.

I LOVE pasta, but as I neared 40 I did NOT Love how it would make me look bloated and feel slow the rest of the day.So I came across this on a search and decided to give it a shot. Not only does it give me that pasta fix that I crave ever since I was a kid growing up in an Italian family but I don't feel any of those ill effects. The pasta is tasty, light and really great texture.Will be buying more!

I've tried some other konjac noodles and other low carb pastas, yes they were lower in carbs but the experience is just ruined with those. This is a 7g net carbs that's worth it.
