I really like this stuff; tastes like nothing and mixes with protein shakes and pre-workouts well. It makes you feel hyper-hydrated, almost like when you have an IV hydrating you where your muscles almost feel like cool water is flowing through them. Hard to describe but if you've ever had an IV drip you will know.I have noticed improvements in endurance. I took this and went on a run and busted out my first quarter marathon in over 10 years, and I felt great. So if endurance is your problem, this product works. If you pair it with a preworkout like Amino Energy, it's REALLY potent.

Would highly recommend adding this to your pre workout mix, it will intensify your pumps & it improved the hell out of my endurance. Took it this morning for leg day and I was able to set PR's on squats and deadlifts (maxed at 315-350lbs each). My goodness I could have kept going but was on a strict time frame to do anymore. This is excellent stuff to keep muscles hydrated & it will improve your pumps. Stuff was like powdered sugar & mixed in very well. Deserves maxed out 5 stars for that, happy & safe lifting!

Flavors aren’t very good but you want a crazy pump do 2-3 scoops before your workout. Great price.

honestly, I wasn't expecting much from this product and I didn't do a lot of study about glycerol, but the pumps are insane. Definitely, worth the money as I am almost halfway through this batch, definitely need more preworkout to take along with this and for sure I feel stronger and everything feels pumped than usual. I was able to break through my PR for pretty much almost every body part and to achieve hypertrophy this gets you that tightness. Make sure you take the right amount or slowly build up your dosages cause having double the amount all of a sudden can get you some bathroom situations. Also, make sure you drink a ton of water and be prepared to go multiple trips to the bathroom to flush it out lol. overall great product would definitely buy again.

I use this intra workout along with their preworkout and for me it's a very good combo. They clearly label their ingredients so you know what you're paying for. I don't mind paying a little more for a good quality product, but really their stuff doesn't cost any more than most competitors. This is the third time I've purchased the intra and pre and it's my go to. I tend to stay with a product that I find works well. It does keep my workout intensity noticeably higher and their preworkout does give a good pump during my workout and I've used other well known preworkout products (c4, c4 extreme, superpump, 5150) I'd consider theirs a step above.

This is my go to glycerol powder. It doesn't taste like much at all, and it doesn't blend the greatest but it gets the job done .

I use this before jiu jitsu for its lack of stimulants, hydration, and endurance benefits. I get crazy pumps and seem to never run out of energy during my rolls. But….I’m a very regular guy when it comes to digestion. My body is very efficient and predictable. Keep in mind, Glycerol is used in many laxatives. For someone like me this creates a heat seeking, liquid rampage of intestinal magnitude that I have trouble describing. Now, I don’t have a problem with this because I look at it like a cleanse, but food I consume stands no chance against this preworkout. Glycerol vs food is a loss for food. The benefit to this is I feel light and lean. The negative… I feel like I’ve eaten ghost peppers at every meal and I need to invest in flushable wipes. 5 out of 5.
