I have been suffering with restless leg syndrome for years. Doctor put me on some drug and while it worked I have wanted to get off prescription drugs for awhile. My wife suggested taking magnesium so i did some research and came up with this product. First night was great and every bight since. THIS STUFF IS GREAT!! I will take this stuff as long as its made!

This is my favorite Magnesium because it has multiple forms that helps your body. I am getting older and need that magnesium for part of my electrolytes. It also help calm anxiety at night when I lay down to sleep and helps me sleep great. I don’t take the whole dose of 2 capsule I just take one because it is a high dose. I am not in need of that high of a dose.

I have issues ☆ahem☆ being backed up. It was recommended I take more magnesium for health reasons. I looked for a vitamin with higher doses that I could take less of. This is my new go to for 1000mg a day. I take them before bed. Definitely works!

Item was exactly as described. The pills are large but soft, just soak with a mouthful of water. Easier to swallow. Be careful of these as I stopped taking them because of extreme laxative effect. Will keep you in the bathroom most of the day. I tossed mine out.
