If you love chocolate chip cookies but think they are a tad too sweet, this is your answer. The flavor is perfect - not quite bitter but less sweet than semisweet chips. Good quality chocolate.

These are totally worthless. First off, they are not semisweet by any stretch of the imagination. If you've had other ~ 55% chocolate, you will know how luscious and smooth it should taste. These chips have a bland chalk taste to them; I hate to think how terrible chocolate chip cookies would be if you used these chips. Cannot recommend for baking unless you plant to melt them all down and mix something overly sweet into the recipe.
