This machine can only clean a stain, not a whole area. You could get the same effect with less hassle by using a spray spot cleaner from the store instead of this complicated gadgetry. It won't clean your carpets.

I had called around for someone to clean my couches...the quote was $200. I purchased this cleaner for $100 and could not believe the results. The brush portion lossened up the hair from my pet. The water coming through the output was dark from all of the dirt that it had pulled out. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to carry. The only problem that I had was with the canister latches...input and output. I could not open them, I had my Daughter do this each time. Definitely money well spent.

I have a heavy jumbo upholstery machine that is a pain to fill and dump but this one is great for small areas! The machine's light weight is great too. The reservoirs are very easy to take off to fill or clean. The small scrubber attachment works great for seams and small spaces. My couch sparkles and I am looking forward to cleaning my car as soon as the weather cools off.

WOW!!! Beats my old spot cleaning machine.

It really sucks the carpets almost dry. I love the long hose and cord. It’s easy to clean - I can take off the transparent hood on the wand (i.e. ‘water sucker’) and clean it out - not so on the Green Machine. It is lighter than the old Green Machine too - AND QUIETER! I was hesitant to change brands but I’m sure glad I did. The one thing though - where can I get more of that cleaning solution that came with the machine!! The terminology in the instructions is a bit odd, but the instructions are clear. I would recommend sucking up some clean water at the end of the job in order to clean out the hose.UPDATE Jan 2025 - I’m still in love with this machine. I used it again today and marveled at the great job it does and how easy cleanup was. If there were ten stars this machine would get them!

I bought this machine to replace the second Bissel Green Machine I've had that had the hose tear at the junction of the cleaning head just outside of the warranty. I've only tried this cleaner once so far but I am very impressed. Cleaned the area of carpet I tried it on an it is almost dry to the touch and removed dirt I didn't even realise was there (with only plain water). It's much easier to fill and clean than the Bissel. I could never get the effluent tank clean but on this model it completely opens up and makes cleaning simple and efficient. Just hope it lasts

The cleaning product works well and it has made our old couch much cleaner. We did have to clean it a few times in a row, first with the cleaning spray, then with a rinse or two. The amount of dirty water produced is impressive.
