I had an old unit that was not fancy at all, so this was a good option for my immediate needs. Came with a few options for sizes of pads, a couple sets of cords and charging cable (not box, but not a big deal). The unit itself is probably the size of a credit card, slightly bigger, so that was a surprise. It does take some time to get used to cycling through the different options for songs, but it has a great guide in the back of the manual that if you take a few minutes to understand, it's very handy. Don't be like me and slap the pads on and expect to understand it. Lol Reading is crucial. Although, not hard... I'm just impatient.All in all, a powerful little unit. Feels sturdy, although small, but I don't mind that. The design is functional, and exactly what I need.

I bought this tens unit in 2019 and today is July 2025 and I am currently still using it. i’d have to say this was a great purchase because when I get certain pains in my body, I grab this tens unit and I apply it. It does not relieve the pain instantly, but after a little time goes by, i do feel a relief. The pads that originally came with the machine are still being used. I just protect them when I take them off.

Arrived early thank goodness! TENS units have been the only thing to take away my pain instead of just numbing it in physical therapy so they recommended I get one. Needless to say, this is an amazing product! There are so many different and helpful settings, the battery life is wonderful especially if you need it long term if you work.

I like this TENS unit a lot. It’s great for helping relieve my back pain, however temporary it is. While it is easy to use all the programs, they are just gimmicks in my opinion- but I suppose it doesn’t really hurt the device much as long as you aren’t easily confused by flashing stuff on a screen. I’ll take this over crazy pain meds any day!Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this cuz purple is awesome and was at my door the next day.

My previous review said that "The snaps are so loose, they constantly come off. " The product representative contacted me to see what they could do to improve the situation. Their communications were helpful, courteous and showed an interest in making a product that worked well. I was sent another device and am happy to say that the snaps stayed on all day and again when I used it during another night. I sent them a suggestion to attach or include a little clip the next time the product was updated since I don't always have pockets. They appreciated my input and submitted the suggestion. I should also say that I love how light weight the TENS unit is. It took a while to get the hang of all the nuances to change modes and intensity, but once that was done, I find it very easy to use and it most definitely does the job of relieving discomfort.

As a PMU artist, I spend long hours leaning over clients, which has taken a serious toll on my neck and shoulders. I’ve tried everything from stretches to heat packs, but nothing gave me lasting relief—until I found the Belifu massager.This little device has made a huge difference! It’s easy to use, portable, and incredibly effective. After just a few sessions, I felt a noticeable decrease in tension and pain. Now I use it regularly between appointments, and it keeps my neck and shoulders feeling relaxed and pain-free.Highly recommend it to anyone with muscle tension—especially fellow artists or anyone in physically demanding work. It’s a total game changer!

I had read about the TENS on IG from a PT doc I follow. I have lower back issues and am sensitive to oral pain meds. This is helping loosen my back when it gets stiff. Placing pads on my 'hot' spots it allows me to move more freely in recovery. Just what I needed.

The machine is super easy to use and works well I have neuropath and fibromyalgia also had a burst aneurysm and stroke this helping my nerve pains so much I’d recommend this to everyone with any sore bits in body best thing Iv bought great company to buy from arrived on time thanks guys

After sending this back and seeing my review, the company got in touch and asked if they could send me another one. I AM SO GLAD I ACCEPTED!!! I just got it and used it. So simple to use and it did a great job on my hands. Good selection of pads and they are super sticky. This is a keeper!So excited to get this. I am having pain in my wrist and hand. Got it, followed all the instructions (several times because I thought I was doing something wrong) and the power would go on, the screen would light up and there was nothing on the screen. No combination of actions made anything work. Truly disappointed. Otherwise, it was a great size, several pads and cords and a storage bags.
