I was really curious to see how well this product would work on all of skin ailments. I am a fan of multipurpose balms, like tiger or herb balms where you can use it for anything and everything. I applied it on an open scab, and I couldn’t tell if it did anything for it. It can likely be psychological since all the balms that I am used to have strong scent, cool or warm to the touch and almost stinging, so you feel that it is doing something…😝 This product is unscented liquids gel. It is very mild and leaves a thin protective layer feel on the skin. So, I tried it on my itchy irritated skin and voila after 10 mins or so, I no longer remember that I put it on. My skin just returned to its normal state. Good product!

This silver gel comes in a nice size squeeze bottle that is easy to use and store. It is soothing and helps with wounds or irritation. It absorbs nicely and isn’t greasy or sticky.

I’ve been using silver wound gels for about 10 years. This gel is no exception to the benefits and quality you can get from a tiny amount. I like that this tube is much larger than what’s available at stores local to me. Will be ordering again!

I picked up this product because of the gel format. I’d been using another topical silver that came in a spray, but because my skin irritation was on my back, I had a hard time getting it applied to that location, without spraying it on my hand first and then fumbling to get some of it to my back. This is a thicker, clear gel that stays on my finger so I can get it to my back in just the right spot. I find it to be soothing and helps control itch. There is no detectable scent. The 2 oz bottle is good for travel, too!

I'm not able to speak to the efficacy of ever aspect of this product. But, it does reduce redness and irritation on your skin. The effect doesn't last more than a couple hours, but I have irritation on my face from medications and it seems to help. It also appears to help with reducing the swelling in breakouts, not a cure all or miracle fix, but I saw some improvement. This is a nice clear cooling gel type product.
