I sell Pampered Chef and I love food. That being said, I don't love veggies. So when my husband wanted me to cut out noodles, I looked at him like he was nuts 😳. For his health, I decided to try these and they are great! Try them, they taste wonderful, the quality is there and there is no texture issues with the product. Plus it's lower calories and better for you. Win win!

My daughter has CSID with lower maltase levels, so she has a hard time digesting starches. This cauliflower rotini is easy for her to digest, and the noodles hold up well after cooking and when used in a mixed dish. I love that it's healthy, and can get a few meals for her with each box. Great value for cost, easy to cook, and my 10yo loves the taste.

I am sensitive to gluten, and it is sometimes so hard to find a good gluten-free pasta. I can eat regular pasta at times, but I usually eat GF. It's actually pretty good. It doesn't cook up and make the pasta too soft or too "starchy" like some pastas. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it does make your place smell like cauliflower for a minute. But not a big issue. Overall satisfied with the product.

I did feel the pasta was pretty good, but I guess I miss the wheat based pasta most.It was a little spongy tasting but better than some gluten free pastas I have tried before.

I love this pasta but due to a recent extended hospitalization for severe, complex diverticulitis with perf and multiple abscesses, I can't eat it until I have the diseased part of my colon removed. Only plain, white flour pasta for me right now :-(

This was a good gluten free pasta. It is cauliflower based and does have a pronounced cauliflower taste. I like cauliflower, so I liked it.
