However, I think they’ve done that as a means to allow the individual to cut it down to what fits their body and I have no problem at all doing that. what I love most is the nipple makes sense. it’s realistic. I have ordered others From Bolo and the nipple was jutted out so far, it was so huge that it made me go back and look for something more realistic and this really fit the bill. If you have any doubts , don’t hesitate. These are a definite yes....Update: I cut the areola to the size I desired and in doing so the edges a horribly thick. You lose the smoothness of the outer edges as you cut which I kind of figured I would but I did not expect the stark contrast. So with that I would not suggest cutting them but for I am a member of the itty bitty committee so at their normal size (even the small) they literally cover my entire breast. Nipple looks great though.

These are huge. It is the actually nipple that is s/m/l the areola covers your whole breast.

I like the stickiness and reusability of the glue - they do stick well. As others have said, the diameter of the nipples are very large. I even needed to trim down the small size If you do so, I’d suggest using some kind of template to draw a nice circle instead of freehand cutting. Once cut, the edges become thicker and don’t adhere as well or look as good. I also would have liked more protrusion of the nipple.

These fake nipples actually are pretty good. They stay in place and are reusable to a point. As noted by other reviewers, the areola is very large but that helps them stay in place.As I said in headline, the large are huge. I wish they made a size between the Medium and Large, I think that would be more realistic for showing off "high beams" ;-)
