I don’t want to take any nighttime meds that will make me feel groggy in the morning. Some nights I will only take one of these and others I will take two of these before bedtime. I become very sleepy and I now sleep through the night. If for some reason, I wake up, I am able to go back to sleep. I wake up not feeling groggy or with that hung over feeling. Absolutely love, magnesium glycinate. 100% recommend. I suggest doing your research to make sure it is the right product for you and that it will not interfere with any other medications or supplements that you may be taking. I also would not suggest that you take this during the day, as you may become very sleepy

When my perimenopause symptoms started to hit me, I began researching supplements that would help me itch brain fog, sleep, and fatigue. I take this at night and Magnesium L-threonate in the morning. It’s have noticed a tremendous difference in combination with working out and HRT. I appreciate the price point as well as the quality since they have supporting testing to show you what is in their supplements. Not all supplements are created equal! I have also been irregular for years and this has helped which has rippling effects.
