This was an awesome gift for the wife. Works very well and heats up towels fast. Its very large so you can fit alot of items in it to heat up and has timer control. It also senses when you empty it and shuts off automatically.

I bought 3 of these for gifts this past Xmas. At first my friends were like...what is this? But from the first time they used it, they are now addicted. They warm their towels, pj's, throw blankets, socks and one friend warms her pillowcase lol. They love it. I bought the 3rd for us. We keep our pool open till October and even though we have a heater for the water, it's freezing getting out. This way, we could have our towels ready and warm. We have a changing pool house so it's perfect to plug in and get our towels. It's lightweight enough to carry it. Very easy to use, functional. This is a nice quality product. It's a small footprint but looks modern and sleek.

This is perfect next to the spa but you have to cover in when not in use to keep it clean. But feels so good getting out the spa with a nice warm towel.

Warmer is nice. After the 1st month the timer no longer works, so we have to remember to shut it off manually, and even then, you have to push the power button multiple times to shut off, and you DO NOT want it running all day!!! Sometimes the warmer is hotter than other times. I prefer the hotter towels but the hotter towels now are no where near the temperatures during the first month. Be careful and watch the water condensation that also develops around the lid. Overall, it still works but makes me nervous if it is defective and watching it carefully!

Warmer is nice.
