It’s such pretty set and feels well made, but my box came damaged and a bowl was broken in half. Hoping that this has nothing to do with how the rest will hold up, and i’m able to get a replacement for the one bowl as I don’t want to send the entire set back!

I bought this dinnerware set because Karaca is a well-known Turkish brand and I trusted its quality. Unfortunately, every single plate arrived with visible defects — scratches, spots, and uneven glazing. The quality is far below expectations, especially for this price range. There are many better and cheaper brands in the U.S. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product.

If you’re picky about even a small crack on the back, you may want to reconsider. It’s ceramic, so a few tiny chips on the unseen backside can happen — this one occurred when I took it out of the dishwasher. It’s not about the seller; it’s just something that can happen with ceramic pieces. It’s heavy, thick, and good for daily use.

La vajilla presentaba defectos: tres platos tenían daños visibles en el esmalte en la parte central. Lo demás bien.
Plates has spots out of the box and looks dirty
These plates and set has spots right out of the box. We bought them thinking that we can use them on special occasions. But you cannot put them in-front of guests. These look dirty.I cant return them now.
