I’ve been taking this Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon and I’m really happy with it. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I like that it combines berberine with Ceylon cinnamon, which makes it even more beneficial for blood sugar and overall wellness. The quality feels great, and the bottle comes with a good amount for the price. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep using

Two-week update: Just one capsule/day (Nutricost 600 mg Berberine + 100 mg Ceylon Cinnamon) has directly helped curb my appetite like nothing else. I took this supplement by itself over the past two weeks to isolate its effects. At this point, I’m confident it works to reduce my eating capacity — and, as a result, helps control my blood sugar after meals.I’ve only been able to tolerate one capsule per day (higher doses upset my stomach), so if you want much less or zero GI discomfort, consider Berberine Phytosome instead. I plan to update this review in a few months with A1C and cholesterol results.For context: I personally take berberine for baseline blood sugar and lipid control, and I also use mulberry extract + white kidney bean extract before carb- or starch-heavy meals. That’s why I believe even a single berberine capsule is working well for me. Other users might need a higher dose depending on their overall stack or diet.Also, in non-Western traditions, berberine is considered a “cold-energy” ingredient — which is why the “hot-energy” Ceylon cinnamon in this blend makes a great balancing addition. If I switch to Berberine Phytosome later, I’ll likely cycle it 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off in that rhythm. For now, though, I don’t mind the increased bowel movements and appetite control I’m getting with Nutricost’s Berberine/Cinnamon combo.
