The difference in my body, both awake and asleep, is dramatic. I sleep so much better at night and my mood is much more relaxed during the day. My mental clarity is better probably because I sleep so much better now.

Magnesium 12 has lowered our blood pressure by 20 to 30 points after the first week of use. Magnesium really is necessary for overall blood health. I am so happy that I chose it.

I shopped around on Bolo to find one that would give me most bang for my buck and this one fit the mold! I get awful restless legs and when I take these capsules it improves my restless legs dramatically. The best part is the serving size is only one capsule which is perfect because take a few other things at night. Overall worth it!

It's a 12-in-1 complex Magnesium Complex, Under the supplement facts it says magnesium complex then it says 700mg,then it lists the 12 different types of magnesium , but, it does not break down how much mg's of each type is in each capsule as you would normally see. After taking a few I noticed this. I contacted the Company twice for a breakdown they have not responded. I will not take anymore when I don't have all the info. Not sure if their labeling is even legal. I hope this review will prompt a response. I'll give it a few days then send it back.Update: Company responded and sent the info I requested.
