Tengo estrés postraumático desde el 2023, vivía constantemente nerviosa, con la ansiedad por las nubes y los ataques de pánico muy frecuentes. Desde la primera toma comencé a sentir una ligera calma. I love my "Calm me down " product , can only recommend it ! The price is great , dies not smell and is easy to swallow ! Thete is no taste to it . It works ! And I suffered with severe PTSD . Love it

I’ve taken ashwaganda for several years, and would not be without it! It provides so many benefits, including smoothing the skin and preventing sunburn. I’m 72 and have very few wrinkles on my face. Not entirely attributable to ashwaganda, but I think it helps! There are other health benefits too. This brand seems to be the most affordable for me. I keep it on subscription.
