I bought this right after giving birth, and the best part was definitely the portable pump.Unfortunately, I couldn’t have a peaceful postpartum period—less than a month after delivery, I had to go back to work. The portable pump was a lifesaver! I used it while driving or doing things around the house.It’s super easy to clean, very comfortable, and I never felt any discomfort while using it. It was also powerful enough to extract as much milk as possible. I truly recommend it for any mom who needs flexibility and efficiency.

This pump was so gentle compared to my main pump that I assumed I wouldn’t get as much milk, however the output is the same. The pump is on the loud side which doesn’t matter since I use it at home.Just be sure the yellow suction inserts are applied correctly and snugly - at first I thought this was defective until I realized my mistake.It doesn’t suck as deep as a hospital grade pump, but is great for using a couple times a day for me.

It's too expensive to be this faulty. Sometimes only one side or neither would work. It's also difficult to clean. I've used it for less than 2 months.

Nice lite portable pump although we wish it was a little stronger. The advertisement said it came with a lanyard but didn’t come with one. Other than that it’s a nice, easy to clean and comfortable pump.

Do not waste your money. After about 6 months of use the suction is terrible, to the point that I can’t use it at all. I’ve tried replacing the parts (expensive!) but it doesn’t make a difference. The only way I can get it to work is by physically holding both cups tight to my chest and wiggling the tubing, which defeats the purpose of a hands free pump. I purchased this pump thinking it was a safe option because Medela has a good reputation, but I was so wrong. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I now know the importance of a good pump. After weeks or reading reviews for all portable breast pumps, I took a chance and decided to purchase the Medela Swing. And boy was this a great purchase.For starters, this pump is super easy to clean. Only three parts that are easy to take apart and put back together. It also comes with a 21mm flange, which doesn’t seem to be a common size amongst portable pumps.The stimulation and flow settings are vast enough for the comfort of your choosing, and gives you a powerful 30 minute pump, equivalent to my hospital grade plug-in pump. I am able to pump my normal 6-9oz a session, without needing an additional session or repositioning.Some tips for usage: make sure you wear a tight enough bra. You may also want to invest in lanyard for full portability. (I have worn a hoodie over the pumps and put the battery/vacuum in the front pocket)Overall, great pump and I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Love this melon juicer - works great, easy to clean, and comfortable to wear in a nursing bra. Not too noisy.

Faulty device
The product looked great upon arrival.There is a problem with my device. It does not show the charging light and battery doesn't last at all.Device is faulty.
Better than the Momcozy!
This pump is so much better than the Momcozy! I was using the momcozy for about 6 weeks and experiencing persistent nipple pain. My midwife suggested the Medela swing max and it’s been a game changer! The nipple pain is gone and I’m able to pump quite effectively.A couple things to note: the in bra portion comes in limited flange sizing so it doesn’t fit everyone. I usually wear a 16-17mm and have to use the 21mm because a smaller flange hasn’t been created yet.The pump also doesn’t have a display for time, suction, or level you’re pumping on which is annoying. They do have an app but it doesn’t work the greatest. I would spend the money on the version with the digital display.The flanges that attach to the bottles seem to provide more milk per pump however you do need a bra that has the cut outs to keep them tight enough to get the suction you need.Generally a good pump and better than others on the market
