Even though I don't have a personal watercraft, these dock lines work great for my speedboat and paddle boat. What I love most is there's no messing around with tying knots- just wrapped around, clip it to one of the many loops, and you're good to go.There are plenty of attachment points, so it's really easy to adjust the length if it's too tight or too loose. Plus, the shock-absorbing feature adds a nice layer of protection when docking – no harsh jerks or tugging.They feel very well-made, seem like they'll hold up overtime, and even come with a handy little storage bag.If you want something versatile, durable, and super easy to use, these are an excellent value for the money. I'll definitely be using them all summer.

I've been unable to get to the lake to show these in action due to weather for the past week. This is a good quality tether system I will use for a 11 foot fishing boat. I am looking forward to docking without having to fumble with a long rope, and to be able to easily tether both the front and back of the boaylt at docks.Once I observed how the tethers came folded in a very high quality storage bag, I was able to get them back into the bag easily and neatly. Once I'm using them, I'm not sure if they'll be in the storage bag or not when I'm out on my boat.See images for all instructions and documentation. With the way these tethers have been designed, you have lots of options for tethering to many different objects and shapes without having to know any boat rope knots. The use of various loops and the Carabiner clips makes this an easy solution for securing your boat when you come off the water.Materials used are high quality heavy duty and very well made. While the Carabiner Clips seemed a little bit lightweight, I cannot speak to how well they will hold up when actually in use over time, but with the design of these tethers, it will be easy enough to replace them if needed.Excellent product overall - you can buy with confidence!

These dock lines have about 11 inches of travel from relaxed to full extension. I plan to use these for tying up in a slip so it has some spring to it without having to be taught against the dock with fender bumpers. Kinda pricey compared to rope, but much cheaper than OEM peed ties from sea doo

The obvious use is to tie up your boat to the dock, but they work great to lash a couple of small boats together at the swim beach! The elastic acts as a shock absorber to the waves, and when connected together, the length is perfect. The storage bag is small, but it holds the pair when they are folded neatly. When battling the waves when leaving the beach, I just threw them in the dinghy and folded them when I got back home.

These tether dock lines are very nice, they come in a convenient pouch for storage and do not take up much room. We have a lift for our PWC’s so I don’t think they will be used a lot but if my kids want to take them to a friend’s house or to the bar that is by our house, I think they will be great. They are easy to attach to the Seadoo and cleats on the dock. They are silicone coated and won’t scratch or fray. If they don’t hold up, I will update my review. I am going to order another set for our other Seadoo as well.

These are unique dock lines/tethers with a design I have never seen before. They provide a way to tie up your personal watercraft without having to tie any kind of knot required of a traditional rope-based dock line. Compact, adjustable, and stretchy, it has multiple sewn attachment points and a loop on one end, and two little spring loaded stainless steel carabiners. It seems like a clever invention, especially for those who are all thumbs when it comes to knot tying.I am an experienced boater and sailboat captain. When considering various boating gear, an important consideration is knowing what its limitations are so you are better at judging its strength and the potential for catastrophic failure. Most dock lines for watercraft are rated in working load and breaking strength. There is no information in the listing for what a proper working load is for these dock lines.A PWC jet ski's weight varies depending on the type, but they generally range from 250 to 1200 pounds. Stand-up models typically weigh between 250 and 400 pounds, while sit-down models range from 600 to 1000 pounds. High-performance models can weigh over 1200 pounds. A commonly cited working load limit (WLL) for PWC dock lines is around 700 lbs - 830 lbs. Could I hang even a small 400 lb jet ski from one of these straps during a low tide event without it breaking? I doubt it, but I admit that I have no way to verify the WLL of this product.In an effort to verify the strength of these dock lines, I looked for some other similar products that do provide weight limit information. I believe the provided carabiner is the weakest link. I found a very similar spring-lock carabiner on Bolo promoted as a G-Series #2 keychain. The #2 carabiner at 2-inches does not list a weight rating. A larger version G-Series #3 does rate it at 25 lbs. The even larger version G-Series #4 is rated at 35 lbs. G-Series #4 is also marketed as a keychain and not a device designed for securing watercraft.So I may use these handsome looking tethers for lashing down my 100 lb inflatable dinghy or other lightweight deck gear. Or maybe even use them as sail ties or bimini straps. I consider these more of a super bungee cord than a dock line rated for any type of PWC. Without working load information I cannot recommend anyone using it as a dock line for a heavy PWC.
