Works great, fast, super convenient easy to dump out dirt. Only downside is the battery doesn’t last too long. They say 40 minutes on low setting but in reality a little less.But would definitely buy it again.

This is my 3rd dyson, and like the others, it has fantastic suction. I love how clean it gets things. However, the battery on this model is just awful. I have to charge it 2-3 times in order to vacuum my whole house (maybe 1500 square feet, with stairs) which would be annoying, but not so terrible except that the battery takes 4 hours to charge which means it takes me roughly 12 hours to vacuum the whole house, which is just stupid for a $400+ vacuum. If I had it do over again I wouldn't buy this model, nor would I recommend it.

We absolutely love this vacuum! I was a little worried how it would do with both carpet and hardwood floors but it’s been great! It transitions very well between both floor types and picks up everything! We have a toddler, infant, and cat and we vacuum MULTIPLE times per day. It’s so quick and easy to grab and clean up messes. I was also worried about being able to vacuum everything in one charge, but so far that hasn’t been an issue. I can vacuum everything inch of my house (about 1,800 sq ft) without any issues. I do have to empty it a few times though. With that being said, being able to pull the trash button is amazing! I never have to worry about getting the hair or dirt on my hands! Would definitely purchase again!

Okay, I’ll admit I’m a vacuumaholic. I own five vacuums. Everything from built-in with the insanely long hose, to a light-weight but ear-plug requiring upright to a floor robot.I’ll admit the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but seriously, how much have i spent up to this point?Dyson makes excellent vacuums. Exceptional suction but even more remarkable, QUIET! I thought our carpets would require the max-mode using up the battery quickly when, in fact, the regular mode did just as well. And having three cats, vacuuming up everything from cat hair to cat litter is very easy. The machine works well on our think carpets and tile floors without changing vacuum heads. I haven’t used all the tools that are included but they appear very well made.It’s worth the money. Honestly.

I am torn. I love this vacuum—how practical it is, the wall set up for charging it, its looks, how light it is, how clean my floors look, and how you can switch from carpet to bare floors very quickly. But a charge of 25 minutes? That’s crazy
