I started seeing these pop up on my insta feed this summer, and after checking the nutrition facts and seeing the calorie to protein ratio was so fantastic, not to mention all the fiber, these quickly unseated my favorite protein chips from Q***t and L****dary! I’m a bariatric patient, so calorie to protein ratio and portion size are very important. I don’t snack between my meals, so these are usually paired with my main protein source at lunch and or dinner to “round out” the meal.The same day I got my first order and tried the Everything flavor — which I normally am not a fan of — I immediately placed another order and then a few weeks later I ended up adding them to my Subscribe & Save! I usually do half a bag with a meal since my portion capacity isn’t much, but I find myself eating the second half with the next meal! The Sea Salt is also fantastic both with savory things like hummus, but also with peanut butter. I like to crush them and pour them over top my cottage cheese/chocolate protein powder/peanut butter concoction to add fiber, more protein and some salty crunch. The Sesame ones are nothing exciting, and are easy to go sweet and savory with. If they put out a cinnamon or similar flavor with the same macros, I might die and go to heaven!Yes they’re somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for—they are worth the price for the taste, CTP, and built-in portion control, and the fact that they get here often same day when you order. You could be ordering while you eat breakfast and have them in time for lunch or dinner. And really, they’re no more expensive than the Q or L chips or any other protein item.

I never thought that I would be able to eat pretzels again until I found these protein pretzels crisps. They have different seasonings, I got the sesame seasoning based on a review that I read and it does not disappoint. Great for a grab and go snack on the run, I keep a bag in the car and I don't feel like I am eating junk food when I have these. I am going to order more flavors too.

I ordered the sea salt variety looking for a crunchy alternative to regular pretzels. They are crunchy but the taste is terrible and the texture is so dry. Threw out 1/2 the bag and will get rid of the rest. Would not recommend.

I’ve had bariatric surgery so I’m always looking for new protein rich snacks that aren’t loaded with carbs. The macros of these pretzels meet my needs.Taste - They don’t taste bad but they don’t taste like pretzels. I just got the salted ones. Maybe if they were saltier they would have more of a pretzel taste, but if you’re looking for something that tastes just like a pretzel these aren’t it. The wheat really shines through and the flavor reminds me of whole wheat toast.Texture - The texture is unlike anything I’ve had before. They are crunchy which is great because most protein snacks that I can have are soft and I’ve been craving something crunchy. I can’t find a protein chip that I like so I was excited to find these. They have a great crunch but they’re not as firm as a normal crunchy pretzel. They’re a little grainy and remind me of the texture of Biscoff cookies. It’s not off putting it’s just not what I expected.Overall, I give these a 3.5 out of 5. While you won’t see me just snacking on a bag of these by themselves because the taste is so so by itself, they’re really good dipped in hummus. Also, even though it’s still only an ounce, I feel like I’m getting a lot more of these than pita or flatbread crackers because these are smaller and lighter so visually you feel like you’re eating a lot. Plus you’re getting about 16 grams of protein in a one ounce portion so they’re a lot more satisfying than just having one ounce of pita or flatbread crackers with your hummus. I would buy again.

When searching for protein snacks, I look for protein that is easily digestible as well as delicious to the taste buds. Thankfully I was able to find these with amazing reviews and they almost taste like normal pretzels. The macros are phenomenal and although it’s a little on the pricey side, so worth the dollars because of the amount of protein you get per bag which is almost 30g.

They’re tasty, crunchiness and salty. Not crunchy enough to be a menace to my weak teeth so it’s even better! I don’t understand ppl saying they taste gross here, to me it tastes just like airplane pretzels
