This does seem to be a genuine inositol product. I do notice subtle help with calming to tone down the irritability I get during PMS week from a level 10, to a level 9. I am not sure that little boost is enough to keep taking these though.I take all kinds of supplements, and these are the largest pills I have ever taken. They are very hard also, so you can feel them going down as you swallow them. I suppose you could break them in half, and take 4-8 pieces to equal their serving of "2 pills, 1-2 times a day". However, it seems easier to get a powder form of it as Inositol is tasteless and faintly sweet like sugar, and mixes in drinks well.Also, it should be noted that while the bottle says 'Made in USA', there is no indication/transparency as to where the ingredients are sourced-so it likely means China.

I have been taking this supplement to help holistically balance my immune and endocrine systems. I don’t notice any positive or negative effects from taking this versus my regular brand. I have only been taking the other brand for a couple weeks and haven’t noticed anything from that either yet, although I never expect immediate dramatic results with nutritional changes.This Myo Inositol comes in tablet form and the recommended dosage is 2 large tablets (2000mg) once or twice daily. The pills have a somewhat smooth coating to make it easier to swallow, but if you have trouble swallowing large pills this product isn’t for you. It arrived quality sealed with over 2 years of shelf life yet and the tablets are in good condition. Initially had a mild citrusy smell when I opened the bottle, but it dissipated quickly. They are tasteless and don’t cause me any indigestion. I really like that they are made in the USA, claim to be 3rd party tested, are non GMO, and free from many common allergens. This seems to be a quality product that I trust and will continue taking.

The quality of this product is excellent! My only issue is the size of the capsules—they are huge! They are not necessarily difficult to pass down, but if you have trouble with large capsules, you may struggle to take them. The bright side is that this supplement is US manufactured and has a great price!

I take Myo Inositol supplements daily to help regulate my hormones. I do feel like this is a quality brand as they are made and tested here in the USA. The bottle comes with 60 tablets and the recommended dose is 2 per day. I do find the tablets to be on the larger size but I just take them one at a time and it isn’t an issue. They are tasteless and don’t leave any after taste in my mouth. They are easy on the stomach and don’t cause any issues. For the purity and quality of this product I highly recommend it. It’s a really good value too. I will continue taking this every month!

These are large. I know are helping me with sleep and the quality is good, so I keep swallowing these big ol things. I only take 1 at a time, so it's not so bad. 2 might be tough for me. I trust this brand and feel good about the benefits to my mood, sleep, and hair health.
