I like the fact there is only an on/off button and nothing to program. I ran two pots of clean water through it when I first got it, because there was a little bit of what I thought was a chemical smell. It was fine after I ran both pots of water. It is somewhat slow, but if you want coffee made quickly then spend more money. It makes good coffee in my opinion.The only thing I don't like about it is when you open the lid after making a pot of coffee to empty the filter all the condensation on the inside of the lid runs down the back of the coffee maker and onto the counter. Not a deal breaker for me, but be aware of it.

I am so happy the kierig my neice gave me finally broke down. I'm happy to be back to a regular coffee pot and can control the strength of my coffee. This makes my two morning coffees and it's pretty fast. It's not a big pot so I don't drink too much (I used to have 3 or 4 cups) and it doesn't sit there cooking like the big old Mr. Coffee. Saving so much money bc I like weak coffee and pods are too strong. The refillable ones are a big mess. I don't even have to remember to buy filters. It comes with it's own. The cord is nice and short too and it doesn't take up all my counter space. I also don't have to waste time running water through it so I can switch to tea in the evening.

Honestly, what's not to love about this little unit? Just the right size and has a food grade nylon filter so the healthy and beneficial oils in your morning cup are not trapped in paper, but get to where they do good for you. I hooked it up to a timer to have fresh brew as I got up, but it brews so fast I don't bother any more. It's no more or less noisy than other units I've owned. Brews great tasting coffee, but does not have a auto shut off, so I automatically shut it down and rinse it off before drinking my last cup. It's extremely easy to clean.

Je l'ai branché sur une prise intelligente avec Alexa et une fois qu'elle a fait son café, la prise intelligente est programmée pour arrêter au bout de 30 minutes. C'est une façon économique de faire du café pas de perte jusqu'à ce qu'il faut. Oui je la recommande pour une personne ou deux.
