This waffle maker is very pretty on the counter and stores upright which is a nice space savings. It made very nice waffles the few times I've tried it, I wish it would have an adjustment for crispness ( browning) like my older one but I have found that opening it a tiny bit to release steam and the re-closing it when the light signals and leaving the waffle in longer allows it to get crispier. My particular machine does have a bit of uneven browning going on but it's not that big a deal. I do however find that placing the cooked waffles on a cookie rack on a baking sheet does help to keep them from going soggy when needing to cook 10 or12 for breakfast.

So far, so good! Have only made waffles a few times, modified from a buckwheat pancake mix which did not provide the info. Added a little melted butter and egg, and reduced the fluid (I used mostly milk) to get a thicker batter.Quick to heat, quick to bake and pop out 100% cleanly. Lightly browned outside, fluffy inside. I will be trying other pancake mixes and am already planning to make cornbread with jalapenos and shredded cheese.Waffles will now be a weekly treat.Maker feels well built and LOVE the small footprint for storage. And the healthier non-stick.

This waffle maker is cool. It looks good, cooks a mean waffle in short order and it is fun to flip. Only thing I don't like about it is the cleaning. The grids don't pop out, or maybe I am slow and couldn't figure it out....dad code...that extra paper in the box is silly and a waste of time! Super improvement for model 2.0 would be to have the ability to remove the grids from the appliance so they could wash easier. Just don't over fill the thing and life is easier! Great waffle maker and allows for some creative dances when you are ready to do the flip. Great for dads, less great for teenagers!

The color is great, I love that it stores upright but also the quick directions are a great touch to get started right away! I love the quick flip and white light indicating it’s ready. I made 6 waffles so fast (Cheryl Day for the best waffle recipe btw). It’s a must have in any home !

This is perfect for those interested in great waffles and a space-saving, beautiful appliance. I was concerned that it would be too small (like the dash mini waffle maker) or too large/not as promised re: space savings or not make great waffles. I had nothing to worry about. I have three hungry, picky kids, and they love these waffles, they come out crispy in a matter of minutes. For this price, you really cannot beat this waffle maker.

Bakes the perfect lightly browned waffles. It is seriously easy to use, with a bright indicator light display when done. Very easy to clean and store.

This is my third waffle maker that I have owned and by far the best! It is so easy to use, works well, and the size is small enough to fit in a cupboard! Waffles cook fast and are perfect every time! With two teenage boys of my own to feed, plus any of their friends that stay over this is a MUST HAVE for a busy mom. PLUS it's PINK!

I love using this easy to make waffle iron. It has the same nice features as the more expensive waffle irons. I would definitely suggest buying it. It also had a nice price point at the time of purchase.

I oiled it before the first use and have used it weekly for a month since then and never had to oil it again. The flip feature seems to help the waffle loosen once it is fully cooked. I do leave the waffle in for another 30-60 seconds after the 'done' light comes on. It has a 'store standing up' feature which I also like - takes up very little room in the pantry. The waffles come out crispy and deep like Belgian waffles.
Stopped working
If I could leave less than one star I would have, stopped working less than one month after purchasing.
Great waffle maker
I bought this for my 11 year old who loves to cook. It is so easy to use and makes great waffles. I like how it is made without toxins and it is compact for storage.
Bad experience-Disappointing
Very bad experience. Stopped working second time of using the item. This was my second time buying same item to give it a try but hopelessly disappointing
Dirty/used
I waited over a month for this waffle iron to come in only to open it up and find a used, dirty waffle iron in the box. Dried batter and Greece all over it. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
