I purchased this for my 96 year old uncle and my 88 year old aunt.The extra loud volume allows them to hear well when talking on the phone and speakerphone.When the phone rings with an incoming call the ringer is loud enough to hear and the built in flash light also flashes.If they can’t find the phone handset they push the locator button and all the handsets ring and flash making it easy to find a misplaced handset.If you are looking for peace of mind and ease of use for yourself or a loved one this system is a great choice.

We like these phones, they are easy to setup and install. We got rid of an old land line phone and got a cell based phone system. This unit just plugged into the cell box and work flawlessly.

Well packaged and shipped quickly. Easy set-up, handsets coordinated themselves with no issues. Good sound volume and call blocking features. A bit on the "lightweight side" compared to my old Panasonic but then everything new today seems be that way! Only disappointment to note is that if you use a provider for your phone messages the phone does not "flash" that you have a message waiting. I don't know if you use the "recording message" on the phone itself whether it flashes as I did not try that set-up. So beware if that's important for you. At least on the old Panasonic all the handsets flashed if their was a phone provider message. For the price I think it should work both ways and I think it's is a bit unclearly deceptive on its functionality in the description of the phone features. Otherwise a great phone. Lisa

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I already owned two other Panasonic cordless phone sets, which were very satisfactory. I thought it would be the same for this set!. Unfortunately not! I purchased this latest cordless phone set in February of this year. In April I realized that the digit nine on one of the handsets no longer worked. Panasonic gave very specific instructions for returning products, and I paid more than $20 to have the defective handset packed and shipped back. In May I received a replacement handset. In June I realized that the digit six was not working on the replacement handset. Panasonic will not cover shipping costs, and obviously it is not worth my paying to return yet another defective phone. Buyer beware! The quality is not here with this phone, and the company does not want to stand behind their products. Frankly, because of this experience, I doubt I will ever buy a Panasonic anything again.

Good - great features, including speed dial and an effective call blockBad - poor battery life, spotty connectivity to base stationBottom line, I'd look at other phone options (as compared to the AT&T phones I had before)

Luckily all 3 handsets can be charged normally. Currently still monitoring if workmanship is reliable but having 3 handsets is still better than 2.
