This product in my opinion was way way too thin . It actually says it can be stress w a trowelYet it was thinner than a cheap paint you could see the surface through the applied product w a brush . Plus it’s listed as 35oz so I bought it over the name brand that was a 32oz can .. yet the can had 26% missing ! lol when I pours this into a chemical measuring cup there was less than 30 oz ! Product is junk and they don’t even give you as much as they say .

The product looks like it will seal the surface adequately, but be advised it is not the consistency of paint. It is an extremely thick liquid, at least twice the thickness of honey, almost like toothpaste. So, you don't just use a paintbrush and dip it in the can. I ended up using a paint stirrer to drop blobs of it onto the surface and then smoothed it out with an abrasive pad. It took a lot of time to coat the whole pan, which I could not remove from the device. You have to be creative to move the sealer around to get it in the corners and on the sides of the drip tray.

I ordered two of these cans of liquid rubber and the first one I opened was only half full. The can is an actuall quart paint can, so I assume that the can should be full. It said 35 ounces. Now I'm thinking they are telling you how much is in the can by weight in ounces, not by liquid ounces. Anyway, the second can I opened to finish the job was dried solid. The can was closed and was in a plastic container that was sealed, so I guess it had enough of a leak that it dried out. Sent it back to Bolo and they sent me a new one. This one was only half full too, so yeah, they are selling it by the weight. It went on well and dried well. I just hope it seals the leak. We will see!

I will say this stuff works good to coat stuff like foundations or anything you want a thin film of silicone. The only problem I had was the cans come only half full of product but it does show on the can it is sold by weight so I guess that is why. Kind of pricey but good product.

Disappointed in durability. Claims of waterproofing in standing water not accurate. Could easily cut with fingernail.(Applied over concrete)Had to remove all if it.
