Highly pigmented. A little goes a long way. I'm a novice makeup girlie and I found it very easy to use. Very pretty colors. I layered it over a cheek stain and the combo lasted all day.

Melty and blendable! If you want to build up and keep the color bright like a Victorian harlot, you can go for it! It also blends nice with a cream concealer and foundation if you want a subtle, soft look.

This is a great cheap powder blush. A little goes a looonnggg way! Be sure to use a tiny bit at a time. I tap a tiny bit on my blush brush, dab at each spot of my face once, then just blend it. This little compact is going to last me forever lol

The texture and pigment level are wonderful. BUT, and this a big “but”, there is NO universe in which these shades are “universally flattering for all skin tones”, despite what they advertise in the product posters here. Shade 02, Butta Together, will NOT look good on cool-toned skin. The pinkness vanishes and it comes out looking rusty/dirty with a heavy peach undercurrent. The photos of the product on Bolo are much truer to “baby pink” than the product itself.What I don’t understand is why they use the “universally flattering” nonsense here, when on the NYX website they clearly list the undertones for each shade. I wish I’d found and figured that out before buying. Shade 02 is described as “neutral”, and every cool/winter person knows that’s just code for “less warm”, or “peach”, none of which are actually neutral. There’s no logical reason to market these blushes differently on NYX and Bolo, nor to eliminate the key product descriptors that could have prevented me from making a wasted purchase.If you’re a 100% cool, fair, true winter like myself, AVOID shade 02. It will disappoint (and you’ll be stuck with another item you don’t want to throw out, because you just bought it and it’s basically new, and it’ll be cluttering up your cosmetics drawer while you try to find a friend who wants it, until 3 years later when you finally give up and accept it was money down the drain). As far as makeup waste goes, at least it wasn’t pricey.

High pigmentation
First off, the pigmentation is no joke. One tap of the brush gives you a serious punch of color, which is amazing if you love a bold, vibrant blush. But if you're someone who prefers a softer, more natural flush, you'll definitely need to go in with a super light hand or use a fluffier brush. I learned that the hard way the first time—hello, clown cheeks.The texture is surprisingly smooth for a powder. It blends fairly well if you work quickly and use the right brush, but it can get patchy if you're not careful or if you try to move it around too much after it sets.On the plus side, it’s very long-wearing. Mine arrived with the lid slightly loose, and I’ve read a few reviews saying theirs broke during shipping—so maybe don’t toss it in your bag without checking it first.Overall, if you love bold, buttery blushes and aren’t afraid of color, “For The Butta” is a fun addition to your routine.
