I ordered this PC with a Ryzen 7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a 16-inch display, and it arrived in perfect condition. The design is beautiful—sleek, modern, and surprisingly lightweight for its size. It looks and feels premium right out of the box.Windows 11 runs smoothly with no issues so far. Everything feels fast and responsive, making it great for both work and entertainment.The only downside I've noticed is that the laptop tends to heat up a bit during extended use. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind.

First Time I have had an issue with a Dell branded laptop an the only one I bought on Bolo. I have 4 previous laptops bought (four or five laptops) directly from the Dell website and never had any issues and now will just go to the Dell website for any future laptops. This laptop I bought on Prime Day didn't make it past three weeks before it overheated and froze in browser and then after finally getting it to shut down it wants me to reload a BIOS and then I try and it tells me the battery is either missing or below 25%.I just want a full refund at this point and have sent this laptop back for a refund and thank goodness it crashed on me before the 30 day window closed for returns.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got the Dell Inspiron 5645 for Bolo Prime Day in July 2024. Since then this has been a good computer. The price was around $815, which included a protection plan, and I'd say it was worth the price. Most notably, it's more than 5 times faster than my previous fastest computer, which is really great. I put Linux on it and it has run well, though in the last month or two it's been a little glitchy. As of today it's been able to run all my Steam games, as well as a virtual machine for Windows 10. I have only two real complaints about it: the computer has only 2 USB A ports and only one slot for a disk drive. My previous computer was a Dell Inspiron 3505 I got in 2021. It had 3 USB A ports and two slots for disk drives, and only cost about $300. I got the 5645 on Prime Day, but I had found out it was Prime Day only about 4 or 5 hours before it ended. I had a number of things to research in that time, so I didn't really look into the 5645 as thoroughly as I'd have liked. But once I got it and discovered it only had the 2 USB's and 1 storage slot I decided I should probably send it back and get a better machine. But after a week or two of researching it didn't really seem like there was a better laptop available around that price. Apparently the laptop industry has largely decided to only put 1 storage slot and 2 USB A's in their laptops, which I consider very awful.So I ended up keeping it. The lack of a second storage slot and 3rd USB A made it extremely difficult for me to install Linux (which I did largely to avoid Windows Recall). It was the first time I'd installed Linux, but these hardware limitations made it far more difficult than it should have been. Overall I do recommend this machine. Just know that in some regards laptop hardware quality seems lesser than it used to be.

Didn't expect this to be as nice as it is. I needed to replace an old laptop, i couldn't run the software i needed without it freezing and having issues.Got this and everything is running on it perfectly.Came in great condition, was fully set up inside an hour. Def would recommend to others. Nice picture, fast, easy easy set up.

I think this may be the best laptop deal in its segment. Newest gen Ryzen 7, phenomenal performer on multitasking at work, solid battery life, copilot is a game changer for productivity, build quality is solid, screen quality under harsh sunlight is shockingly good, and the price is unbeatable. I'm very happy with it.

My wife I and have been using two HP laptops that cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. So I researched various replacement laptops and felt the Dell Inspiron 5645 Laptop - 16.0 offered the best value for the price. Waited for a sale and bought two. Compared to our old HP laptops the Dell's are so much faster, and they are working great so far! One thing I especially like is they are designed for ease of upgrades and maintenance, you just have to turn it over remove 8 screws and everything is right there.

This thing is a beast. Great battery life if set up right. Expandable DDR 5 for future proofing. Great connectivity. Screen rocks. Aluminum structure Fast as I am, so real time folder navigation. Thin but durable. Not plastic. The drive speed is ridiculous, and the the usb c is charging and video. Get a m.2 storage device and move data at 300 MB/s. Name and usb C portable case for safe data storage. 300 MB/s as well. Just a great machine. Only downside is 1080p only out of the hdmi, but no big deal, use the usb c for 4k. You will like this laptop. Get the AMD series 7 8840u. Plays games from a few years ago like Alan Wake, no problem. This is a serious processor for a mid grade laptop. Better than the u150 Intel. You will not be disappointed.
The RAM is not replaceable in this laptop
I ordered this laptop with the intention of upgrading the ram as it only had 8M but found out after I received it the RAM can't be replaced, it is soldered onto the board. The return process has been a nightmare with Bolo. They sent me a second one that i did not want or ask for and now they are telling me they can't find one of the 2 that i sent back, i have the ups tracking # they paid for and they both got delivered the same day. I will not be buying anymore big ticket items through Bolo.
