Excellent product. I am not sure why I couple of reviews mention that they expected it to curb their appetite. That's not what this product is for, and the bottle doesn't say anything about appetite. This is to help your gut digest better. And I feel that it's helpful, plus the gummy tastes very good. I wish they opted for stevia though, instead of sugar. But it's only one gram of sugar per gummy. So not that big of a deal.The only issue I have with all Hilma products so far is that they put the sticker with a bar code right over that part of the jar that contains instructions (how to take) and nutritional info. Like, come on!! Put it on the bottom!!!

I started using this Hilma product after I had a diverticulitis flare up. I have used this fiber and digestive enzyme on a daily basis ever since. It's imperative to use to keep my system in check and regular. I put the daily dose in smoothie and it blends up nicely - I can't even taste it or notice it's in the smoothie really. I do notice a difference if I run out though! I have made this a part of my daily routine and I stay regular and have no digestive issues as a result.

I’ve been really happy with this fiber supplement. It has a good taste, which makes it easy to take every day, and it helps me get the fiber I need while supporting digestion especially while on GLP-1. I’ve noticed less bloating and better overall digestion since starting it. I also like that it combines fiber with digestive enzymes, so it feels more complete compared to other supplements I’ve tried. Definitely a great daily support for gut health.

It's ok. It doesn't do anything to curb my appetite as I was hoping it would. I mix it into my coffee in the morning. It adds a bit of sweetness but no other flavor so it works well. It dissolves better in cold liquid than hot so I premix with a bit of cold water and then add the hot coffee on top. It's a good value for the size but it's a little bit pricey for what it does. I probably won't buy it again but I will use the rest of the container that I have.

I'm currently on a GLP-1 and the only side effect I'm experiencing is constipation. I have used Mag07 which works very well, but wanted to try something with better ingredients. I like that this only uses 4 ingredients and is third party tested. I took it as directed, 2 capsules at night, and have been able to go the morning afterwards. There was an instance where it wasn't working as usual, but when I drank water with electrolytes I immediately felt movement so I probably wasn't as hydrated as I needed to be. I don't take these every day, but it's a great option when I'm not regular.

I wanted to like this. Really really hoped it would be a good tool in my arsenal. I was hoping it would replace Metamucil which has some icky fillers, but despite giving it many chances and fiddling around with it, It is a no for me going forward. First of all like others noted, it does not mix well. It clumps, even when included in a smoothie mixed with my bullet blender. Second, it just never really WORKED for me. I tried using it consistently but inevitably if anything, it made me feel more constipated and bloated. I definitely was drinking enough water to push it through, I tried to wait until body adapted, but at the end of the day, it just didn't work for me.

I’ve tried taking fiber powders before and they have been super gridy tasting. This one is a little gridy and, overall it taste better than others. I don’t recommend just putting it in cold water like I did if you don’t like drinking textures. I personally went to adding it to my protein shake and then it was all good.This powder mixes well in the blender for sure. Mixing with a spoon isn’t recommended in my opinion. I do need to buy one of those drink mixing wands. I believe with one of those this powder would fix better. This powder really is easy to use and I believe it’s a good product for the cost.I wish I could truly tell if this was working and doing what it’s supposed to, but I’ve been working through some issues of my own. I can tell you that my stomach never did get upset by using this product. I would recommend trying it for yourself to figure out if it would work for you.
